Social concepts + measurement plan (proposed, not measured)

The shopfront was never the problem.

Nabil's serves build-your-own açaí, loaded crepes, Dubai chocolate and fruit cocktails across two Perth locations, with queues and regulars to match. What a first-time customer found online was a scatter: a link here, a menu image there, ordering somewhere else again. Every piece was fine. Together they read as noise, and noise is what a stranger judges you on at 11pm.

02 — The build

The site, as it ships today.

Nabil's Açaí Station has real queues and loyal regulars, and an online presence that didn't agree with itself. This is the site we built, live, scrolling as you scroll — not a mockup of it.

Three things, in one system.

One site instead of a scatter. The menu, the story, the locations and the specials live in one place that looks like the shop it belongs to — colour, voice and food photography included.

A menu-to-order journey with no dead ends. The build-your-own sequence explains itself step by step, and every path ends at ordering rather than at a link that stops.

A local presence that tells the same story. Listings, maps and reviews agree with the site, so what a neighbour finds matches what a regular already knows — including the customer reviews now shown on the page itself.

Concept work · not measured results

From a strong destination to a learning system.

The shipped website is the Experience layer. A next engagement could add repeatable short-form campaign concepts, then connect reviews, social performance and site behaviour to the next creative brief. That work is proposed here, not presented as a result already achieved.

i

Social

Turn the colour, movement and menu rituals of the shop into repeatable Reels and TikTok formats.

ii

Intelligence

Read performance and customer language to sharpen the next idea, without pretending early signals are business results.

Live, and readable by a stranger.

The site is live at nabilsacaistation.com.au and is the work shown moving above — not a mockup of it. We don't publish conversion figures for this engagement, because we don't have a clean before-and-after measurement to publish. What we can show is the artefact itself, which is why this page shows it rather than describing it.
